- What counts as a house?
- One job at one address. Photograph as many sides as you need and mark every window and door; it’s still one house.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. We load your products, colours, logo and client page wording as part of every plan.
- How much is a house pack?
- 10 houses for $590, on top of your plan. Your plan’s houses are used first each month, then pack houses. Packs never expire. If you’re buying packs most months, the next plan up works out cheaper.
- How do the free houses work?
- Pick a plan and add a card when you sign up. Your first 5 houses are free, and your plan starts when you begin house 6. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- What if we run out of houses in a month?
- Buy a house pack, or turn on auto top-up. Your plan’s houses are used first each month, then pack houses, and packs never expire. Reps can keep photographing and marking; new pictures follow as soon as there are houses.
- Can we pay by direct debit or invoice?
- Plans are paid by card for now. NZ direct debit is on the way. If you’re a larger business that needs to be invoiced on account, talk to us.
- Is there a contract?
- Monthly plans have no lock-in. Annual plans are paid yearly and get one month free.
- What if a payment fails?
- You get 14 days to update your card. Client pages you’ve already sent always stay live.
